Gourmet Meals - Highland
Cove has won top awards nationally for its meals. The Highland
Cove kitchen staff takes great pride in its cuisine, where
even the breads and soups are made fresh daily! To sample
the great food at Highland Cove, call 272-8226. You'll love the food
- we're staking our reputation on it.
The dining room is conveniently open from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from
3:30 TO 6:30 p.m. There is an open seating and eating policy to accomodate
all of our residents dietary needs. In addition, Alisha, our kitchen manager,
offers a variety of entrees that contain reduced sugar, fat and sodium.

Activities - Whether it's a walk through
Red Butte Gardens, a ride on the Heber Creeper, or a class in

Wellness - Highland Cove provides a comprehensive
program designed to meet the specific health and
fitness needs of each resident. Our goal is to
facilitate the development and maintenance of good
health, independence, empowerment, and self-efficacy
in aging adults through movement. We achieve this
through carefully designed, physical therapist
approved exercise routines that are administered by

Housekeeping - Weekly services include
complete bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living room cleaning,
dusting and vacuuming, garbage removal and linen service. Other
housecleaning can be arranged as needed for a small fee. |

Highland Cove Plus - This program
offers independent residents who don't yet require assisted
living but need a little more help, the opportunity to receive
bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance in the comfort
of their own apartments. Additional housekeeping, laundry service and medication
reminders are also available. |

|
|
|
Transportation - We utilize our towncar, minivan and several large
passenger busses to take our residents shopping, on scenic drives,
to scheduled group events, and to medical and dental appointments.
We deliver Highland Cove residents right to their medical appointments
and pick them up as soon as the office calls. |

|
|
|
|
Other Services - Two beauty salons,
cable television, exercise room, on-site physical and massage
therapy, home health care, a podiatrist and other healthcare
professionals. |

Religious Services - To meet the
religious needs of Highland Cove residents, the following

- LDS Priesthood and Sacrament meetings, Sunday School,
Relief Society, Family Home Evening, monthly temple trips
