Prices are based upon "Level B" care. For "Level A" subtract $450, for "Level C" add $450.

Note: Residents requiring medication assistance are automatically at "Level B." Highland Cove is also a smoke-free environment. A $1,000 application fee is required and is non-refundable upon move-in.

Type I Assisted Living Service Explanation

Basic Amenities Provided at Levels A,B & C

• 3 Meals a day + Snacks
• Personal Laundry Service
• Weekly Housekeeping
• 24 hr. Emergency Call System

Note: Massage Therapy, Podiatrist and beauty/barber shop are optional cost services. Highland Cove Retirement Community offers three support service levels of Type I assisted living to help residents live as independently as possible. Please note these are general guidelines. The level of care is based on an assessment of the time required to provide services.

Three Levels of Care

Level A (-$450) Assistance at this level includes the following:

• Safety checks at meal times and nighttime monitoring.
• Health and well-being observations.
• Reminders for meals.
• Bathing, grooming and medical appointments.
• Customized service plan.

Level B (quoted rates) Assistance at this level includes Level A care in addition to the following:

• Assistance with medication including storing and distributing.
• Escorts to meals and activities.
• Assistance with grooming, hygiene, dressing and bathing.
• Minor incontinence help (1-3 changes per day).
• Personal laundry care and linen service.

Level C (+$450) Assistance at this level includes Level B care in addition to the following:

• Basic incontinence support. Residents must self-direct assistance (4-6 changes per day).
• Hands-on assistance with grooming, personal hygiene, dressing and bathing.
• Additional Housekeeping as needed.
